Overall, these symptoms generally get noticed for the first time by school teachers, who can see the differences most clearly.

I was 24 years old at the time of diagonosis and twelve years on barring say 10 months spread over 3 different episodes I have lived a normal life.
To tell the truth my life has generally improved after each episode. I have emerged stronger braver, wiser, more tolerant and more confident each time.
All this sounds really strange because of the grip of hopelessness that each episode has had. The episodes have taught me how blessed life is and how grateful we should be to God.
Materially God has been equally kind. In giving me a family to cherish and tend to he has given me abundance. In my parents he has shown me hat he really is like. I wish all those who have episodes a speedy recovery and a similiar blessed life.
