All you need to know about delusional disorder and its symptoms
Delusion disorder like in the case of schizophrenia is marked by the incidence of schizophrenic delusions in the patient that goes on for minimum one month; often involving psychotic themes that could be grandiose, persecutory, jealous, somatic, etc. however, unlike schizophrenia, hallucinations are hardly prominent, unless of course it is something that is delusion related. E) To confirm that the patient is indeed suffering from, schizophrenia delusional disorder, it is vital to first ensure that the disturbance in their psychological conditions is not owing to any form of substance intake. This should include any substance capable of causing psychological impact, like drugs, medications etc. it includes various types of general medications too.
